Change over day: Friday. You can arrive and depart as you please within the booked dates. EXCEPT: if you need to rent linen then arrive before 19.00 hours.
Rent: The rent price is for the apartment per week, not per person. Refer to the "AVAILABILITY" page for reference of the week numbers. For US guests: In Europe months are placed after the date opposite of US-style so here 05/10 means October 5th.
Limitations:
1) Minimum age for 1 adult as a minimum: 22 years or ask for dispensation.
2) Maximum number of persons occupying the apartment:
Guests on holiday: most guests agree that the apartment is ideal for a couple but also suitable for a family of 2 adults with 1 or 2 children.
A business stay: Since there is limited cupboard storage area we recommend a maximum of 2 adults per apartment. So if you are more than 2 we recommend you to consider to book more than 1 apartment, for your own comfort.
NB: There is limited suitcase storage area inside the apartment.
For dispensations or advise please feel free to consult the Owner.
Cleaning fee: Euro 60.-/period for cleaning after departure which is done by a local professional cleaning company after your check out. Kitchen utensils and dishes are however your obligation to clean and place where found. Refrigerator must be left at minimum cooling with the refrigerator door open. If this is grossly ignored we allow ourselves the right to deduct accordingly in your deposit refund for extra time for the cleaner. Congress guests enjoy more tolerance from our side in this respect.
The cleaning time has been set to 1.5 hour per apartment which on a yearly average has been found sufficient. The glass on the balcony fence is not cleaned everytime since it's very time consuming and that would increase the cleaning cost for every renter.
Wifi: Euro 15/week. Optional. Not possible in Apt. 702.
Refundable deposit: Euro 200.-. We shall send you details for a bank transfer (see below) or you may send a personal cheque in your local currency at the equivalent of Euro 200.- and airmail it to us. (Or optionally use one of below payment options). We shall keep it here as a guarantee and return it uncashed provided that there are no damages reported on the inventory report which is carried out by the cleaning company after your departure. You may replace broken glasses or plates before your departure as long as you replace with items of matching quality and appearance but please advise us of this in writing. NB: International cheques expire after 6 months so if there is a longer period than 6 months from your issuing date to your departure date from the apartment, you have to replace the cheque with an updated cheque prior to your arrival.
NB For bookings for more than 2 weeks the deposit is euro 400.- and payment time is 8 weeks before arrival.
Bed linen/towels: None available in the apartment. Bring along yourselves or you may rent in the hotel reception in the ground floor of same residence and you need to return it to the reception upon your departure or you will suffer a fee as stated below. You pay direct upon arrival, international credit card accepted and no need for advance reservation. IMPORTANT: You need to arrive before 19:00 hours (7PM) before the reception closes to pick up linen. If you are unable to make that you may reserve linen via us against a handling fee of euro 10. Prices are advised by the hotel to be as follows presently:
Euro 7.5: this is for the single bed (sofa bed) and it covers rent of a set consisting of 2 flat single bed sheets and 1 pillowcase.
Euro 15: this is for a pair in the double bed and it covers rent of a set consisting of 2 flat double bed sheets and 2 pillowcases.
Euro 8: this covers rent of a set consisting of: 1 x bath towel, 1 x towel and 1 small bath mat.
Euro 6: this is the penalty that we deduct from your deposit if you forget to return the rented linen to the reception upon your departure since our cleaner will then need to do it.
French tradition is to sleep in between 2 bed sheets and optionally during the cold months put a warm blanket (available free in the apartment, located under the sofa bed) on top as one may find it necessary. There is no change of linen during your stay. Please note that there is no linen/towels in the apartment so you need to either bring along or rent as per above.
Please have understanding for that the hotel may possibly decide to increase above prices by the time you arrive if for example you book the apartment well in advance. We shall aim at informing the current prices here.
Parking: Euro 50.-/week a voluntary optional extra for rent of underground videosurveilled parking lot. Order it on the Order Form. It is much recommend during peak period where reportedly it's next to impossible to find parking space in the streets and besides it costs money to park in the streets. Very tall cars or very low cars or cars with high roof antennas or roof boxes should be careful when using the parking cellar. The height is advised to 1.85 m.
Payment: Total cost for weekly rent, cleaning fee and optional parking and linen fee to enter 6 weeks before arrival date. Payment method options:
a) For UK citizens: Transfer the equivalent amount in GBP to our UK bank account. Details shall be advised shortly after we receive your booking.
b) Airmail a personal cheque in your local currency to the equivalent of the sum due. Please add 1 % to the sum plus the equivalent of Euro 8.- to cover a cashing fee at this end. The cheque should however arrive here at least 2 months before your arrival since the banks allow themselves 1 month for verification.
c) or you establish an IBAN bank transfer to a Danish account using a socalled IBAN and BIC code that we advise you. For EU citizens with a Euro account a socalled EU Payment (a transfer where you advise the IBAN and BIC codes of the receiver to your bank) costs apx. euro 5 at each end.
d) 
For a rush and convenient payment method we recommend that you pay using your credit card via PayPal. You will suffer a 2 % fee that we shall add to your due amount. We absorb another 2% when receiving since PayPal charge a 4% fee. If you prefer this, please let us know, instructions shall then follow by e-mail. Advantage is that it is safe and the payment can be established quickly, useful for last minute bookings since this will allow us to send the key without delay. If however the amount payable is above euro 600 then it may take apx. 4 days for you to await a pin code from your credit card supplier.
Keys: Apx. 1 week prior to your arrival date you will receive an email with details of how to obtain the key on location. Access card to the parking - if booked - is found inside the apartment.
Check in time: 17:00 hours (5 PM). If you have verified that the cleaner has completed her job earlier, then feel free to enter earlier.
Departure time: Departure day no later than 10:00 hours.
You can arrive and depart as you please within the booked dates and above timing.
